Flowpaper and Scribblify

S1/2 were using two new apps to create some interesting digital masterpieces today. They also spent time showing their favourite apps to some visitors from a school in Dundee. I ended up with 46 examples of work so I have just selected a few to show you.

Rehearsals, rehearsals, rehearsals...

S4/5 dramatists have been rehearsing hard for their practical exam tomorrow - wish them luck!

S5 final pieces

Megan, Rebecca and Deborah all completed their final pieces for their folios this week: well done, excellent work!

S3 Artists

Some of the S3 artists were creating digital art using "Flowpaper" and "Brushes" on the iPad today. Here are some of the results:

Meanwhile, Chloe was painting her comic strip fabric for her Pop Art design project (with Stuart's assistance) and Jennifer completed this Mad Hatter's top hat for her design project - complete with sandwiches!

S1 team presentations

S1 are putting the finishing touches to their presentations on the revolutions they have been researching this term.

Chez Cafe S2

S2 visited a French cafe today, as they did a speaking assessment based on ordering food from a restaurant. They all did very well, and you'll be glad to know that when they do go to France, they won't be going hungry!

We had a very successful Int 2 drama prelim today - well done to all. Here is a short taster of the performance... "The Entrance of the Mice..."
